The cold storage air cooler is a kind of cold storage evaporator (the air cooler is commonly known in the industry). The function of the cold storage air cooler is to exchange heat between the low-temperature and low-pressure saturated refrigerant from the cold storage thermal expansion valve and the cooled medium through the cold air cooler. Heat exchange equipment that vaporizes saturated refrigeration and takes away the heat in the cold storage. The cold storage air cooler is mainly composed of five important parts, such as cooling heat exchange pipe, axial flow fan, branch device, covering device and water receiving plate. The high-pressure and normal-temperature liquid refrigerant from the cold storage condenser is throttled by the thermal expansion valve and directly enters the liquid separator of the cold storage air cooler for uniform liquid separation, and then is sent to the heat exchange exhaust pipe for heat absorption. The axial flow fan of the cold storage air cooler is responsible for the forced convection circulation of the cold storage air cooler and the air in the cold storage to achieve the purpose of cold storage refrigeration.
